I've been with CrossFit Connection since 2016, and began my coaching career the following year in 2017. My passion is to help everyone I have the chance to interact with move closer to achieving their goals.

I like working out, a lot. I was a competitive long distance runner but found CrossFit in 2016 and never looked back. Although I haven’t been a member at CFC for very long, I immediately felt at home. I am proud to be part of this community and help foster an environment where everyone is welcome and able to smash their goals.

I'm a former collegiate football and rugby player, who wound up competing in CrossFit and Powerlifting. After 5 years of coaching CrossFit, I started coaching powerlifting with Maxswell Barbell. I have a passion for powerlifting and bodybuilding, and a keen eye for mechanics!

I have been coaching at CrossFit Connection since the beginning of 2020! I love to meet new people and will always talk too long during class. Come and talk to me any time!

Holly McIlroy
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2009 and coaching since 2012. I have a background in yoga, cheerleading and dance. I’m a part time dental hygienist and nutrition coach. I love CrossFit and the amazing community the comes along with it. I love helping others reach their goals and will always be there to help you celebrate a PR!

I am known as the ex-jump rope champion around here! I broke a triple under record back in 2008 with a score of 171 consecutive triple unders. If you need any help on double unders, you know where to find me! If you come to my class, you can expect loud music, dancing, and lots of laughs.

I come with a dog attachment who loves fitness just as much as I do! I am a registered nurse, firefighter, and extremely passionate about the sport of CrossFit. I compete occasionally but get most of my joy from coaching and training among the incredible athletes of CFC!
