Every MINUTE on the MINUTE for 10 MINUTES complete 2 Overhead Squats………INCREASE weight each successful round. (Overhead Squats can be done out of the rack)

MINUTE 1 – 12 Pull Ups

MINUTE 2 – 6 Alternate DB Snatch + 3 DB Overhead Squats per sideĀ  45/35 lbs

MINUTE 3 – 12 Box Jumps 24/20″

MINUTE 4 – 6 Burpees + 25 Double Unders

 

  • After FINISHING the prescribed number of reps of the movement you have the rest of the MINUTE to complete MAX REPS ALTERNATING PISTOLS
  • SCORE is your TOTAL number of PISTOLS for ALL 16 ROUNDS.
